SURVEY TYPES Though most widely recognized for our ALTA/ACSM Survey Coordination, Bock & Clark offers an array of other survey services as well. These services include:

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys -  detailed commercial survey product presented in our Standardized Survey Format used to determine property lines, locate improvements and identify easements, utilities, schedule B exceptions and many other conditions affecting the property. An ALTA Survey is the most comprehensive of all surveys. ALTA with Topographic Surveys - includes all of what is described above as well as contours of the land, elevations, rivers and streams. Aerial Surveys -  often used when surveying large tracts of land such as golf courses,  forests or quarries. An overlay of a basic Boundary Survey, the Aerial Survey is a high quality photograph depicting buildings, visible improvements, lakes and streams. NOTE:  Simple Boundary Surveys without Aerial can also be ordered.
