STANDARDIZED SURVEY FORMAT
Bock & Clark has been presenting ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys in our standardized survey format for more than 15 years. Many of our clients cite this easy to read layout as one of the key reasons they began using our service.
Typically drafted on a 22" x 34" sheet our format easily folds flat to 8.5" x 11" size for easy storage in your file folders. In our effort to conserve and "go green" we save hard copy delivery for final draft and present all prior drafts to authorized transaction parties as a pdf unless otherwise requested.
